The work
Caregiver responsibilities may include
- Companionship and daily routine support
- Personal care assistance
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Walking, mobility and transfer assistance
- Accurate visit, service and time documentation
- Reliable arrival for every scheduled shift
- Prompt communication about changes, concerns or missed visits

- Dependable attendance and communication
- Ability to complete required screening and background checks
- Completion of required training and competency verification
- Ability to follow participant-specific care plans and agency policies
- Accurate use of required scheduling, timekeeping and documentation systems
We value caregivers who communicate clearly, respect participant choice, follow care plans and understand that consistent attendance is essential to safe, reliable care. Speaking Spanish, Albanian or Italian is an advantage.
